To qualify for a refund, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in original packaging. Proof of purchase from PHYRAVION is required for all refund requests.
Digital products or downloadable materials may only be eligible if access has not been activated or the content has not been downloaded.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery for physical products.
For services or digital purchases, requests must be made within 7 calendar days of transaction date unless otherwise specified at checkout.
To initiate a return or refund, contact our support team with your order number, purchase date, and reason for the request.
Approved returns will receive detailed shipping instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.
