Returns & Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in original packaging. Proof of purchase from PHYRAVION is required for all refund requests.

Digital products or downloadable materials may only be eligible if access has not been activated or the content has not been downloaded.

2. Time Limits

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery for physical products.

For services or digital purchases, requests must be made within 7 calendar days of transaction date unless otherwise specified at checkout.

3. Request Process

To initiate a return or refund, contact our support team with your order number, purchase date, and reason for the request.

Approved returns will receive detailed shipping instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.

4. Conditions for Approval

• Item must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
• All accessories, manuals, and original packaging must be included.
• Return shipment must be dispatched within 7 days of approval.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are excluded from refunds:

• Custom-made or personalized products
• Final sale or clearance items
• Gift cards and promotional credits
• Services already rendered in full

6. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, PHYRAVION will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
